- 1 lb. Hawaiian Ahi Sashimi Cut
- 1 lb. King Salmon Sashimi Cut
- 1 Bag Premium Hokkaido Sushi Rice (450 g)
- 1 Container Sushi Rice Vinegar (12 oz. / 355 ml)
- 1 Container Soy Sauce (5 oz. / 148 ml)
- 1 Container Wasabi
- 10 Sheets Nori Seaweed Sheets
- 1 Bamboo Sushi Roller
- 1 Nigiri Mold Tool
- 1 Rice Cooking
- This package ships vacuum-sealed fresh and pre-washed with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival place in refrigerator for up to 3 days or airtight in a freezer for up to 1 year
- For best results: Unwrap the fish upon arrival and place on dry paper towels to remove moisture. Wrap loosely and place in the coldest part of your refrigerator.
