Hebert’s (pronounced “A-Bears”) has been making stuffed deboned chickens and turduckens since setting up shop in Maurice, Louisiana, in 1984.   • Jalapeno Crawfish Cornbread Dressing – Sweet southern cornbread dressing adding a kick and some seafood that will make your mouth water!
  • Jalapeno Stuffed Potato Dressing – Some say you fall in love at first bite! Hebert’s version of a twice-baked potato with a jalapeno kick is scrumptious!

Instructions / Storage

  • The Turducken & Dressings ship frozen with dry ice
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Upon arrival, place all items in the freezer or fridge (if you plan to enjoy sooner rather than later)
  • Please Note: The Turducken takes 3 days to thaw prior to heating
  • May be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months

To Serve

Turducken

  • Take out of the box, and leave in fridge to thaw out for 3 days
  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Cook for 4 hours covered, then 1 hour uncovered
  • Pull the string, serve, and enjoy!

Dressings

  • Thaw overnight in fridge
  • Preheat the oven to 375F
  • Remove from package
  • Cover the dressing with tinfoil
  • Heat for 30 minutes
  • Enjoy!
