This package serves 2-3 people and includes
- 2 Maine lobster tails (each 5-6 oz.)
- 12 Mussels
- 8 Shrimp
- 8 Sea Scallops
- 2 Ears of Corn
- Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer.
- Items can be stored in the freezer for up to 9 months.
To Serve
Oven (From Frozen)
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place the unopened foil pan on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the product is cooked thoroughly.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before opening and serving.
Outdoor Grill
- Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
- Preheat grill to approximately 400°F.
- Place the foil pan on the center of the grill rack and close the lid.
- Grill for 35–40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the product is cooked thoroughly.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before opening and serving.
Helpful Tips
- To remove the meat from the lobster tails, we recommend cutting the bottom of the tail using boning shears or scissors.
- The sauce in the bottom of the foil is also outstanding—very rich and complex. Consider preparing some risotto or rice and drizzling the sauce over the top.
