Since opening her eponymous bakery in New York’s Lower East Side in 2005, Erin McKenna has opened additional bakeries in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Disney Springs in Orlando. Erin McKenna’s Bakery has established itself as one of the U.S.‘s top destinations for drool-worthy vegan and gluten-free baked goods. McKenna’s cakes, pies, cupcakes, and other sweets are also non-GMO, sweetened with only agave nectar and vegan sugar, and soy-free. Plus, all ingredients are responsibly and carefully sourced.
This package serves 8-10 people and includes
- 1 Bundt Cake (26 oz.)
- 1 Icing Mix (9 oz.)
- 1 Pack Green Sugar (1 oz.)
- 1 Pack Purple Sugar (1 oz.)
- 1 Pack Yellow Sugar (1 oz.)
- 1 Baby
- Items arrive ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store King Cake at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
To Serve
- Empty single bag of icing sugar in a bowl.
- Using a fork (or whisk), whisk in 2 Tablespoons of Water. If it seems too thick, add 1/2 teaspoon of water at a time until it is smooth but not runny. (Careful! A little water goes a long way!)
- Pour icing into the icing bag until it’s about 1/2 full.
- Twist icing bag closed so the icing doesn’t run out of the top as you pipe the icing on your cake.
- Refill bag as needed.
- Open sugar packs and sprinkle over iced cake in alternating fashion. (Yellow / Green / Purple / Repeat)
- Enjoy!
