Erin McKenna’s Bakery has established itself as one of the U.S.‘s top destinations for drool-worthy vegan and gluten-free baked goods. McKenna’s cakes, pies, cupcakes, and other sweets are also non-GMO, sweetened with only agave nectar and vegan sugar, and soy-free. Plus, all ingredients are responsibly and carefully sourced.
This package serves 12 people and includes
- 12 Gingerbread Cookies
- Frosting (6 oz.)
- Each cookie measures approx. 4″ × 4″ × 0.25″ and weighs approx.1 oz.
- Cookies arrive ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, remove cookies from packaging and place in the fridge
- Cookies can be kept for up to 3 days at room temperature. (not recommended, icing may melt), or 30 days frozen when kept in an airtight container
- Refrigerating is not recommended
- Thaw for 6 hours at room temperature prior to serving
To Serve
Icing
- Empty single bag of icing sugar in a bowl
- Using a fork, whisk in 2 tablespoons of water. If it seems too thick, add one teaspoon of water at a time until it is smooth enough to decorate with.
- Pour icing into the icing bag until it’s about 1/2 full.
- Twist the icing bag closed so the icing doesn’t run out out the top as you pipe the icing onto your cookies.
- Refill bag as needed and enjoy!
