Davey’s Ice Cream, which opened in the heart of New York’s East Village and has since expanded to Brooklyn, was the result, and it proved to be one of the best ice cream shops in all of New York City. This ultra-premium ice cream is made with only the highest-quality ingredients, with every component made from scratch in a four-day production process from start to finish. Yoo starts with super-fresh milk and cream from the Hudson Valley, which is pasteurized in-house before being combined with egg yolks, sugar, and natural ingredients to create custom ice cream bases.
