A curated spread of smoked and cured salmon in three styles, Traditional, Baja, and Highland, custom-smoked by Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse, alongside housemade salmon rillette, trout roe, and bagel chips. As Chef Daniel Boulud tells it, the collection reflects the delicate Danish technique he learned during two years cooking in Copenhagen as a young chef. New York’s most celebrated French chef and a seven-time James Beard Award winner, he’s made it perfect for a festive brunch or a cocktail hour with friends.
