The collection includes a variety of smoked and cured salmon featuring Traditional, Baja, and Highland, all custom smoked by Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse. This is the perfect spread for a festive brunch at home or cocktail hour with friends.
From Daniel: “As a young chef, I lived in Copenhagen for two years where I learned to prepare traditional smoked salmon in their delicate manner. My Smoked Salmon Collection reflects this Danish tradition.”
Each Daniel Boulud’s Smoked Salmon Collection serves 4-6 people and includes:
- Baja Smoked Salmon – Tequila & Cilantro (4 oz.)
- Highland Smoked Salmon – Single Malt Whisky & Cardamom Seeds (4 oz.)
- DB Traditional Smoked Salmon (4 oz.)
- Trout Roe (2.8 oz.)
- Bag of Bagel Chips (5.5 oz.)
- Housemade Salmon Rillette (6.5 oz.)
- Housemade Salmon Rillette – Smoked and Cured Salmon, Hot Smoked Salmon, Fennel, Spring Onions, Dill, Lemon Juice, Lemon Oil, Cream, Mustard

Instructions / Storage
- Daniel Boulud’s Smoked Salmon Collection ships frozen with ice packs
- Upon arrival place everything in the refrigerator except the bagel chips which can be stored at room temperature
- Best enjoyed within 4 days
- Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop
- Daniel Boulud Kitchen ships Tuesday & Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
