Named “Best Ice Cream in Kentucky” by Travel & Leisure Crank & Boom serves up ice cream that incorporates the bounty of Kentucky’s farms, breweries, and distilleries, as well as international ingredients – an homage to co-owner Toa’s Thai heritage and the both owners’ international travels.

Ingredients

  • *Bourbon Ball Ice Cream * – milk, cream, sugar, local honey, brown sugar (sugar, molasses), Kentucky bourbon, nonfat dry milk, chocolate bombe sauce (Callebaut 70% dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) coconut oil), candied pecans (pecans, sugar, brown sugar (sugar, molasses), egg whites, vanilla extract, salt), vanilla extract, tapioca starch, locust bean gum, guar gum, salt.

Instructions / Storage

  • Ice cream is shipped frozen with dry ice
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
  • Upon arrival immediately freeze ice cream
  • Allow to temper in the freezer for at least 2 hours before eating

  • Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop
  • Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream ships Monday-Thursday of each week
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
