A third-generation pastry chef, Cookies and Schmear founder Julia Sandberg started baking cookies “schmeared” with indulgent icings as a hobby to share with volunteers at the Miami non-profit organization she worked at. They proved to be so popular that in 2016 she decided to go all-in, and Cookies and Schmear was born. To Serve
Assemble
- Apply Schmear on top of our classic flavors, or sandwiched in between two classic flavors, to build your own cookie sandwich!
Defrost
- Remove Cookies and Schmear from the freezer
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Heat for approx 6 minutes
