Chef Duff Goldman founded Charm City Cakes in 2002, when demand for his extraordinary cake creations required him to fling off the oppression of his day job and follow his dream of being his own boss. CCC's inspiration comes from everywhere: art, fashion, fabric, furniture, architecture, landscapes, science, music, and history. Every cake they create is custom made from concept to consumption and is a completely original piece of edible art.
