Instructions / Storage

  • This package ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • All items should be placed in the refrigerator as soon as you unpack them
  • They can safely be held in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before you must enjoy them

To Serve

Sushi Rice: Microwave

  • Microwave on medium power for 1 minute until rice is warm to the touch (around 100° F)
  • If too hot, let cool until it is easy to handle

Sushi Rice: Stovetop

  • Warm in a steamer pot for 2 to 3 minutes until rice is warm to the touch (around 100° F)
  • If too hot, let cool until it is easy to handle.

Roll: Assembly

  • Cut Roll – 3-4 oz. of Sushi Rice + 2-3 pcs of Sashimi
  • Handroll – 2-2.5 oz. of Sushi Rice + 1-2 pcs of Sashimi
  • Please follow the diagram included in your package

Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna: Stovetop

  • Our preferred method is to put 2 Tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and bring up to medium-high heat
  • Place the rice blocks in the pan and pan-fry for 2-3 minutes on each side
  • Remove from the pan and let drain on a paper towel for 1 minute

Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna: Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Place crispy rice on an oiled baking sheet and heat for 4-6 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let drain on a paper towel for 1 minute

Crispy Rice & Spicy Tuna: Assembly

  • Spread 2-3 oz. of spicy tuna mixture evenly on the crispy rice
  • Cut into 6 even pieces
  • Top each piece with sliced serrano & sliced avocado
  • Drizzle with eel sauce and enjoy!
