To Serve
Sushi Rice: Microwave
- Microwave on medium power for 1 minute until rice is warm to the touch (around 100° F)
- If too hot, let cool until it is easy to handle

- Warm in a steamer pot for 2 to 3 minutes until rice is warm to the touch (around 100° F)
