Williamsburg Pizza

Brooklyn's Two-Time International Pizza Expo Champion
When commercial real-estate pro Aaron McCann couldn't find a good slice near his apartment on the south side of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, he opened Williamsburg Pizza in 2012 to fill the gap — the neighborhood's home for old-school, thin-crust New York City pie. What began as one shop has grown into six locations across NYC and two in Aaron's Midwest hometown of Omaha.
The kitchen belongs to Brooklyn-born Chef Nino Coniglio, who has been making pizza since he was twelve and was the first non-family member to train under Dom DeMarco of Di Fara fame. A Food Network "Chopped" winner and Guinness World Record holder, Nino took the International Pizza Expo title in 2016 and its "Best of the Best" crown in 2021. Williamsburg Pizza's pies are shipped nationwide on Goldbelly. It's a Brooklyn slice with a world champion's name on the box.
