Established in 1946 as a small Wisconsin dairy farm, The Elegant Farmer is now under the leadership of its 4th generation of family ownership, the Schmidt Family. The Elegant Farmer is renowned for its charm and comfort foods, most notably their legendary Apple Pie Baked in a Paper Bag®.
