Named the "Best Cookie in America"
After almost 20 years in corporate America, T-Rex founder Tina Rexing decided to unshackle herself from her desk and work full-time baking what is considered by many as the best cookie in America. You know… THAT old story. While she may have spent every day sitting in an office, much of those two decades was spent competing at the Minnesota State fair with her baked goods, refining her recipes each time. Apparently it was time well spent, as Time Out Magazine named her Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies the #1 Best Cookie in America in 2016. And while the taste certainly brought home the crown, the fact that these cookies are 1/2 a pound each and the same size as a dinner plate certainly didn’t hurt. So grab a box and share… or don’t. We won’t judge.
