The best thing that ever happened to Toni (and the dessert-eating world) was the day she was fired. Yep, after Donna fired her, Toni retreated to her Victorian apartment, fired up her way too small oven and began baking. With only room for one cake at a time, baking was a slow, tedious process. Six years later, as her business grew, Sweetie Pies Bakery moved into The Hatt Building in Napa Valley. Sweetie Pies' delicious, retro-home-style desserts combine long-time baking traditions with contemporary, upscale ingredients. Always made from scratch, these wholesome pies have been sweetening the lives of Napa Valley locals since 1994.
