Founded in 1956 by brothers Russell and Ray Knaus, this Homestead, Florida, farm started out selling nothing but strawberries. While it’s still a fully-functioning strawberry and produce farm, these cinnamon rolls are what folks clamor for. It’s been said that there are only two seasons in South Florida: when the Knaus Berry Farm bakery is open and when it’s closed!
