Ice Cream Jubilee churns out innovative, fun, super-premium ice creams inspired by childhood treats, fancy desserts, and grown-up cocktails. Victoria Lai started making ice cream in her apartment kitchen in 2009, and in 2013 she began selling to grocery stores and restaurants. Today, the Washington, D.C. ice cream shop makes its ice creams in small batches with all-natural ingredients.

  • Banana Bourbon Caramel – Fresh, ripe bananas, Jim Beam whiskey, spices, and a caramel ribbon mixes the familiarity of banana ice cream with an elevated grown-up decadence.

  • Cuppa Joe – Local DC favorite Zeke’s Coffee roasts Sumatran coffee beans for the strongest coffee ice cream you’ll ever taste!
  • Chocolate Chocolate – Dark Valrhona chocolate ice cream even more chocolate-y by pouring in melted dark chocolate as we freeze the ice cream, which creates crunchy flakes of chocolate in every bite.
  • Cookies & Cookie Dough – Cookies ‘n’ cream is made even better by adding chunks of homemade chocolate chip cookie dough. This top-selling flavor is the perfect treat for both kids and adults.
  • Fresh Minty Chip – One pound of garden-fresh mint is infused into delicious cream and poured in melted chocolate while it churns to create a unique take on mint chocolate chip.
  • Honey Lemon Lavender – Fresh lemon zest, sweet honey, and lavender flowers create an arc of elegant flavors that is perfect at any dinner party.
  • MarionBerry – In a delicious and playful nod to Marion Barry, the notorious “Mayor-for-life” of Washington, D.C., we combine ripe marionberries (like a blackberry-raspberry hybrid) from Oregon with sweet cream ice cream and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Matcha Green Tea – We use real matcha tea powder in our local cream for a bright green scoop celebrating the season! It’s full of antioxidants and delicious flavor!
  • Thai Iced Tea – As refreshing as the drink! Thai black tea leaves steeped directly into the cream for a unique, rich flavor and vibrant color.
  • Passionfruit Guava Sorbet – This vegan sorbet blends passionfruit and guava with a touch of hibiscus and orange to create a flavor that tastes like the perfect tropical vacation. Try pairing it with Honey Lemon Lavender. – Non Dairy

  • Apple Butter Oatmeal Cookie – An autumnal ice cream, mixing apple butter with pie spices. Then we crumble in oatmeal cookie pieces for crunch!
  • Pumpkin Honeycomb – We hand make fluffy, crunchy honeycomb candy pieces into our classic pumpkin pie-inspired ice cream.
  • Maple Rye Pecan – Candied pecans and maple ice cream get a grown-up treatment with a splash of local rye whiskey from local Catoctin Creek Distillery.
  • Peanut Butter Chocolate – Creamy chocolate and peanut butter makes this vegan coconut flavor a decadent guilt-free treat.
  • Espresso Colada – Our creamy coconut base is combined with locally-roasted Zeke’s Coffee espresso for a coconut latte-like experience.

  • Raspberry Rose - A beautiful pink raspberry ice cream with a hint of rosewater creates a sophisticated spring flavor.
  • Strawberry Hibiscus Sorbet - A brilliant berry red vegan sorbet that tastes intensely of strawberries with a hint of hibiscus for a floral twist.
  • Whiskey Toasted Marshmallow - Our smoky flavored marshmallow cream is lightly spiked with Canadian whiskey and tastes like your favorite grownup s’mores.
  • Cardamom Black Pepper – This complex flavor, reminiscent of South Asian kulfi, mixes cardamom and hand-ground peppercorns for a strong flavor with a tingly finish.
  • Apple Cider Sorbet – We spiced up classic apple cider with cinnamon and other earthy spices to recreate your favorite fall drink as a vegan sorbet.
  • Gingerbread Cookie Butter - We make homemade gingerbread cookies and turn them into cookie butter, then combine it with super premium cream for an amazing rich cookie flavor.
  • Boozy Eggnog - We add nutmeg and dark rum to this ice cream that tastes exactly like the Christmas drink.
  • Sea Salt Brownie Swirl - This is a super rich dark chocolate ice cream with chunks of brownies and flakes of sea salt. It’s truly decadent!
  • Mocha Rum Truffle (Vegan) - This simple vegan “ice cream” is just organic coffee, melted dark chocolate, and rum. It’s very rich and tastes exactly like a chocolate bonbon!
  • Peanut Butter Fudge & Cookies – This rich peanut butter ice cream has a swirl of fudge and chunks of homemade shortbread!
  • Coconut Caramel Chip – Coconut ice cream is packed full of flavors with the addition of salted caramel sauce and dark chocolate flecks!

  • Strawberries and Cream – We used an entire flat of strawberries, trying over 10 different versions to make this tribute to the perfect strawberry ice cream. Strawberries are only available for a short time in the DMV, but we’ve captured that peak summer strawberry so you can have it year-round.
  • Strawberry Matcha Latte – We had our first Strawberry Matcha latte in San Francisco. It was an easy day to make this wonderful drink come to life in ice cream. We have amped up our classic Matcha Green Tea with a refreshingly sweet swirl of ripe strawberries to bring new life to a new year
  • Mango Sticky Rice – Juicy, ripe mangos with coconut milk and sweet rice make the flavors from this classic Thai dessert into a beautifully balanced ice cream.
  • Red Bean Almond Cookie – This flavor is a play-off of desserts commonly found in American Chinatowns. Red adzuki beans are widely used in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese desserts, like sweet soups and pastry fillings. We’ve combined two of our favorite desserts to make this unique mashup flavor.
  • Mega Mango Sorbet – This new vegan sorbet features sweet, rich Alphonso mango, which is also known as the king of mangoes!
