Vegan Treats Made with Southern Love

The Green Spork in Richmond Hill, Georgia brings vibrant plant-based cuisine to the table with nutrient-packed smoothies, fresh salads, hearty paninis, and wholesome vegan baked goods crafted for gluten-free, soy-free, and plant-based lifestyles. Opened in 2018 in Sawmill Plaza, this community-focused café was created to offer flavorful, health-conscious food and drinks made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

In 2021, Georgia native and Culinary Arts graduate Blake Young took ownership, bringing experience from fine dining kitchens on the West Coast and culinary travels across Asia. Alongside his wife Nicole, Blake champions a seed-to-table philosophy, partnering with local farms like BetterFresh Farms, Billy’s Botanicals, and Ogeechee River Gardens to highlight fresh regional produce, now shipped nationwide on Goldbelly.
