Northern Italy's Beloved Pantry Staples

From the city of Turin in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy comes a family tradition now bottled in Johnston, Rhode Island, where founder Cassandra Birocco shares the recipes passed down through generations. The brand is named for her Great Aunt Louise, who lived to 101 on the family farm, growing her own vegetables, dairy, and meat and cooking everything fresh. Cassandra started Great Aunt Louise's in 2021, inspired by her favorite holiday tradition: the family gathering on Christmas Eve around a communal pot of Bagna Cauda, the warm anchovy-and-garlic dip for fresh vegetables, crusty bread, and a glass of Chianti.

You can taste that same language of love across the whole line, from the signature Bagna Cauda to Bagnetto, Antipasto, marinara Family Sauce, and Pepper Fennel Taralli crackers. Each one carries a little warmth from the family's Italian kitchen to yours. Mangia bene: Great Aunt Louise's ships nationwide on Goldbelly. A taste of Turin, passed down and bottled up.
