Former Miami firefighter Derek Kaplan's Key lime pies were legendary among Miami firemen, and in 2013 he launched his award-winning bakery, Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop. Now, Derek's pies and other baked goods are legendary throughout all of Miami!

Today, the South Florida-based bakery specializes in handcrafted, one-of-a-kind desserts that have everyone in Miami talking.
