This package serves 4 people and includes

  • Traditional 12-Hour Braised Beef Brisket (24 oz.)
  • Sauce for Brisket (16 oz.)
  • Spring Vegetable Medley (14 oz.)
    • Carrots (approx. 8-10)
    • Brussels Sprouts (approx. 8-10)
    • Turnips (approx. 8-10)
  • 4 Potato Latkes
  • Dinner ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • May be kept refrigerated after cooking for up to 2 days, or frozen and uncooked for up to 2 weeks.

To Serve

Brisket

  • Once the brisket is fully defrosted, allow it to come to room temperature to ensure even reheating.
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  • Remove the brisket from the bag and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Braise in the oven, covered for one hour.
  • After 45 minutes, take a spoon and coat each piece of the brisket with the sauce in the pan.
  • Place cooked vegetables on a separate cooking sheet.
  • Toss generously in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add to the oven.
  • Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Note: cooking times may vary slightly depending on your oven.
  • Garnish with chervil and enjoy!

Potato Latkes

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Place the latkes on a cooking sheet and place into the oven for 3 minutes.
  • After 3 minutes, flip the latkes and leave in the oven for another 3 minutes.
  • Serve with apple sauce and enjoy!
