Each Honey Mustard-Glazed Ham Dinner for 4 includes
- Half Honey Mustard Crusted Ham (approx. 3 lbs.)
- Sauce (16 oz.)
- Vegetable Medley
- 8-10 Braised Carrots
- 8-10 Onions
- 8-10 Asparagus
- Cooked Mashed Potatoes Base (approx. 14 oz.)
- Parmesan Cheese (3 Tbsp.)
- 1 Bunch of Parsley
You Will Need
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter, cubed
- Salt and White Pepper to taste
- Honey Mustard-Glazed Ham Dinner Kit ships frozen with ice packs.
- May thaw in transit and arrive cold.
- Upon arrival, place everything in the refrigerator or freezer.
- May be kept refrigerated after cooking for up to 2 days.
- If kept frozen and uncooked, the kit may be kept frozen for up to 2 weeks.
To Serve
Ham
- Due to the size of the ham, please defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Preset Oven to 325℉. Uncover the ham and wrap it in aluminum foil before placing it in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove aluminum foil and glaze with the sauce from the pan and continue cooking for another 30 minutes uncovered. Note: if the sauce reduces too much adjust with water.
- Remove vegetables from the refrigerator. Place vegetables on a tray and place in the same oven for 8 minutes.
- Remove vegetables and ham from the oven when cooked, and garnish with herbs.
- Serve and enjoy!
Potato Gratin
- Defrost the mashed potato base in the refrigerator overnight or for 2-3 hours on the counter.
- In a medium-sized pot, bring the milk to a boil and then add the potato.
- Reduce the heat down to medium-low and whisk vigorously.
- Once the potatoes are heated through, melt in the butter. Feel Free to add additional butter or milk to adjust to your desired consistency. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the puree into a shallow gratin dish. If desired, thinly slice 1-2 potatoes of your preference to lay over the top. Sprinkle parmesan evenly over the dish.
- Broil on low until golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
