Burgers & Fried Chicken From the James Beard Winner

After establishing himself as one of America’s most renowned Southern chefs at Charleston’s beloved and hugely influential Husk and McCrady’s – winning the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast in the process – chef Sean Brock made the bold decision to pick up and move to Nashville in 2019 to open five ambitious and unique F&B endeavors including the retro-inspired Joyland.

At Joyland, which opened in 2020, the “Chef’s Table” star has turned his attention to two of the most delicious foods and earth: burgers and fried chicken sandwiches. Brock has put the same care and attention to classic American fast food as he does to fine dining fare, with astonishing results.
