Founded in 1955 by three brothers from Naples, Italy – Al, Phil, and Frank Borrelli – Borrelli’s Pizzeria is a beloved local landmark in the tight-knit community of East Meadow, on New York’s Long Island. Renowned as a gathering place for fans after sporting events at nearby Nassau Coliseum, today it’s run by Frank’s son, Frank Borrelli, Jr., along with his wife Beth, sister Angela, and their children, who carry on its legacy of old-world hospitality and truly spectacular pizza.
This pizza can trace its roots to Naples, but it’s New York through-and-through. The crust is light and crisp, and it’s topped with everything from secret-recipe marinara and fresh mozzarella to vodka sauce and cupping pepperoni. Generations of Long Islanders have fallen in love with this pizza, and now it’s finally shipping nationwide!
