Aberdeen Catery has been serving its legendary marinated beef tenderloin in Camden, South Carolina since 1983. Founded by Jack Brantley, the beloved catering company became known for a marinade created by Jack’s friend Wayne Fenters—a recipe that still defines Aberdeen’s tender, flavor-packed grilled beef more than four decades later.

What began as a small-town catering business grew into a regional favorite, with Aberdeen’s signature tenderloin served at weddings, corporate events, and even gatherings attended by the President of the United States. Today, the family-run business continues the tradition of hand-trimming, marinating, and grilling each tenderloin the same way they always have, shipped nationwide on Goldbelly.
