Cookies and Schmear founder Julia Benitan has been dubbed a “Cookie Alchemist,” and after one bite of these insanely delicious cookies "schmeared" with a variety of indulgent icings, you’ll understand why! A third-generation pastry chef, Benitan started baking cookies as a hobby to share with volunteers at the Miami non-profit organization she worked at.
