While she may have spent every day sitting in an office, much of those two decades was spent competing at the Minnesota State fair with her baked goods, refining her recipes each time. T-Rex Cookie Company’s cookies are a half-pound each and the same size as a dinner plate, which means there is plenty to share…or not. We won’t judge.
