Pâtisserie Vanessa was born, quickly earning a reputation as the go-to source for NYC's best hotels, specialty food shops, and coffee bars. Ten years in, husband Marc joined the family business, and together they made it official: opening Pâtisserie Vanessa's first flagship on the Upper East Side.
