A single mom of four who left a career in oncology nursing built Grazeables, the Tomball, Texas maker of handcrafted charcuterie and snack boxes that started as small acts of kindness. While working with cancer patients, founder Amy Martinez began writing inspirational notes and assembling little boxes of fruit, cheese, and leftover treats so no one in her chair felt alone, and the boxes caught on until people asked to send them to friends.
That grassroots beginning carried her from her last patient in October 2019 to a full-time shop building gorgeous platters, edible artistry, and handwritten notes. Grazeables boards are shipped nationwide on Goldbelly, where love and kindness are still free.
