Edgar's Bakery

Founded in Birmingham as a small neighborhood bakery by the husband-and-wife duo of Terry and Dottie Smith in 1998, Edgar’s Bakery has since grown into one of Alabama’s most beloved homespun bakeries, with nearly a dozen locations throughout the state.
