Plus, you can choose to add on Hattie’s B’s famous jumbo hot chicken wings to make this the ultimate game day feast. All you need to do is bring your own chips and grab a beer!

- By placing an order, you will automatically be enrolled in the exclusive Zoom event.

- On Thursday, February 4, you’ll receive your Ultimate Hot Chicken Dip Kit at your door, along with an email with all the info you’ll need to join the Zoom event.

- One hour before the class, preheat your oven to 350F & gather all of your ingredients and equipment.

This package serves a crowd as an appetizer and includes everything you need to make Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Dip.

Kit Includes

  • 1 Whole Slow-roasted Hattie B’s Hot Chicken (arrives trimmed & pulled)
  • 1 lb. Tennessee Applewood-smoked Bacon
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1½ Cups of Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Pimento Cheese Sauce
  • ½ Cup of Heavy Cream
  • ½ lb. of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ lb. of Gruyère Cheese
  • A block of cream cheese
  • Fresh Green Onions
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Fire-roasted Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 qt. of Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Dip Spice Blend
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Cup of Kosher Dill Pickles

You Will Need

For The Dip
Cutting board, sharp chef’s knife, large heavy-bottom sauté pan or skillet, several mixing bowls of various sizes; food processor, cheese grater, spatula; 9 × 11 casserole or other baking pan of similar size, nonstick spray, serving bowl or tray, chips

Instructions / Storage

  • Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • All ingredients arrive refrigerated, measured and ready to prepare
  • Store refrigerated until ready to cook

PRIOR TO THE CLASS

1. Upon Arrival: Unpack your Hattie B’s Kit once it arrives. Use the checklist below to make sure that you have all of your ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Slow-roasted Hattie B’s Hot Chicken (arrives trimmed & pulled)
  • 1 lb. Tennessee Applewood-smoked Bacon
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1½ Cups of Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Pimento Cheese Sauce
  • ½ Cup of Heavy Cream
  • ½ lb. of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ lb. of Gruyère Cheese
  • A block of cream cheese
  • Fresh Green Onions
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Fire-roasted Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 qt. of Fresh Bread Crumbs

  • Hot Chicken Wings (if you added them to your kit)

Place all ingredients in the fridge until the class.

2. An Hour Before Class: Gather the necessary ingredients & kitchen equipment before the cook-along starts:

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp chef’s knife
  • Large heavy-bottom sauté pan or skillet
  • Several mixing bowls of various sizes
  • Cheese grater
  • Food processor, spatula
  • 9 × 11 casserole or other baking pan of similar size
  • Nonstick spray
  • Serving bowl or tray
  • Chips

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees if you intend to bake the dip the night of the class. If you want to save for Sunday’s game day, Chef Brian will walk through how to store the dip in the fridge until then.

3. Before Zooming: Download the Zoom App on your computer or mobile phone. You do not need to register for an account to join.

DURING THE COOK-ALONG

At Class Time: Join our Zoom Hattie B’s Cook-Along Friday, February 5, at 6pm ET! Click this Meeting Link: https://zoom.us/j/93145118961 (Meeting ID: 931 4511 8961). Feel free to join us a few minutes early to test out your connection!

Chef Brian will lead everyone through the hot chicken dip cook-along, but you can also follow the directions below:

  • Dice bacon into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside.
  • Dice onion into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside.
  • Peel and mince garlic cloves and set aside.
  • Dice roasted peppers into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside.
  • Shred cheddar & gruyère cheeses and set aside.
  • Heat a heavy-bottom saute pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until golden brown and rendered, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.
  • Once bacon is rendered, add onion, stir and continue cooking until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic, stir, and cook 2 minutes more until fragrant. Transfer this bacon mixture to a bowl and set aside to cool.
  • Combine cream cheese, Pimento Cheese Sauce, heavy cream and half of the included spice mixture in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese mixture, bacon mixture, cheddar and gruyère cheeses, chicken, green onion and fire-roasted pepper.
  • Mix well!
  • Your dip mix is ready to go! But before we bake it, we need to prepare our crispy topping.
  • To do so, first melt butter in the microwave.
  • In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs and the rest of the included spice mixture.
  • Mix well!
  • Spray your favorite 9 × 11 casserole pan with nonstick spray.
  • Transfer dip mix into the greased pan and spread evenly.
  • Top with bread crumb mix and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top and hot and bubbly in the center.
  • While the dip is baking, dice the Kosher pickles into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • When the dip comes out of the oven, top with diced pickles and serve with your favorite chips, toasted bread, crackers or veggies.
  • Enjoy!
