The Ultimate Hot Chicken Dip Kit includes everything you need to recreate their signature dip at home: one whole slow-roasted Hattie B’s Hot Chicken (arrives trimmed and pulled just for you), premium cheeses, fire-roasted pimentos, cream, butter, local applewood-smoked bacon, along with their hot chicken “crunchies,” and Kosher pickles to top it all off. Plus, you can choose to add on Hattie’s B’s famous jumbo hot chicken wings to make this the ultimate game day feast. All you need to do is bring your own chips and grab a beer!

Here’s How it Works:

- Order your Ultimate Hot Chicken Dip Kit before Tuesday, February 2 at 11:30pm ET.

- By placing an order, you will automatically be enrolled in the exclusive Zoom event.

- On Thursday, February 4, you’ll receive your Ultimate Hot Chicken Dip Kit at your door, along with an email with all the info you’ll need to join the Zoom event.

- One hour before the class, preheat your oven to 350F & gather all of your ingredients and equipment.

- At 6 PM ET on Friday, February 5, join Chef Brian and the Hattie B’s team on Zoom.

This package serves a crowd as an appetizer and includes everything you need to make Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Dip.

Kit Includes

  • 1 Whole Slow-roasted Hattie B’s Hot Chicken (arrives trimmed & pulled)
  • ½ lb. Tennessee Applewood-smoked Bacon
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1½ Cups of Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Pimento Cheese Sauce
  • ½ Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Emmentaler Swiss Cheese
  • Fresh Green Onions
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Head of Garlic
  • 1 Fire-roasted Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Fresh Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Hattie B’s Hot Chicken Dip Spice Blend
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup of Kosher Dill Pickles

You Will Need

For The Dip
Cutting board, sharp chef’s knife, large heavy-bottom sauté pan or skillet, several mixing bowls of various sizes; food processor, spatula; 9 × 11 casserole or other baking pan of similar size, nonstick spray, service bowl or tray, chips

Instructions / Storage

  • Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • All ingredients arrive refrigerated, measured and ready to prepare
  • Store refrigerated until ready to cook

PRIOR TO THE CLASS

  • Have all ingredients and tools ready to use
  • Preheat oven to 350F and make a cold beverage
  • Grab a friend or loved one
  • Put on comfy shoes
  • Drink that cold beverage and make another one. Now you’re ready!

DURING THE COOK-ALONG

  • Dice bacon into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside.
  • Dice onion into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside.
  • Peel and mince garlic cloves and set aside.
  • Dice roasted peppers into 1/4-inch pieces and set aside.
  • Heat a heavy-bottom saute pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until golden brown and rendered, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.
  • Once bacon is rendered, add onion, stir and continue cooking until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic, stir, and cook 2 minutes more until fragrant. Transfer this bacon mixture to a bowl and set aside to cool.
  • Combine cream cheese, Pimento Cheese Sauce, heavy cream and Hattie B’s Hot Chicken spice mixture in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese mixture, bacon mixture, cheddar and swiss cheeses, chicken, green onion and fire-roasted pepper. Mix well. Your dip mix is ready to go! But before we bake it, we need to prepare our crispy topping.
  • Melt butter in the microwave.
  • In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs and Hattie B’s Hot Chicken spice blend. Mix well.
  • Spray your favorite 9 × 11 casserole pan with nonstick spray.
  • Transfer dip mix into the greased pan and spread evenly.
  • Top with bread crumb mix and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top and hot and bubbly in the center.
  • While the dip is baking, dice the Kosher pickles into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • When the dip comes out of the oven, top with diced pickles and serve with your favorite chips, toasted bread, crackers or veggies.
