At Zucker’s their bagels are made the old-fashioned NYC way – with natural, unbromated, unbleached flours, hand-rolled by seasoned hand-rollers, and kettle boiled daily.
Pop Quiz: What’s guaranteed to put a smile on any college student’s face? Answer: Bagels, of course! Leave it to Zucker’s to put together the care package that’ll be the envy of the dorm. Freshly made classic NYC bagels along with cream cheese, smoked salmon, all three Toasted Everything Seeds (Original, Lemon Herb and Chipotle) plus your choice of a free travel or diner mug. Add on dessert to make it a sweet treat.
Since opening in New York’s TriBeCa neighborhood in 2006, Zucker’s Bagels and Smoked Fish has been hand-rolling, kettle-boiling, and baking its traditional New York bagels daily. The bagel shop is owned by native New Yorker Matt Pomerantz, who named it after his mother, Roslyn Marilyn Zucker Pomerantz. These delicious NYC bagels were featured on Tyler Florence’s Twitter show #WolfItDown and are some of the best bagels in NYC.

Bagels were truly the New York cooking way a bagel should be. Really delicious in that they are very chewy and quite large (my husband and I split one) and it is very filling. These are truly worth ordering (of course free shipping ) makes them more affordable. I am in a rural area of VA and even the bagel shops a little ways from me can't compare and I can't bring myself to buy supermarket bagels.
