All of Wolfgang’s classic dishes in one box! Start the meal with his Asian inspired Chinois chicken salad: crisp greens, crunchy sesame cashews, and wontons. Followed by a favorite entrée at the Oscars Governors Ball. Flaky puff pastry crust, Richly flavored veloute chicken filling and your choice of either the classic Truffle mac n cheese or Cacio e Pepe. Finish it off with hot from the oven decadent chocolate lava cake. A perfect meal.
Austrian-born chef Wolfgang Puck rocked the food world when he opened Spago in Los Angeles in 1982, and his unique brand of fresh and creative California cuisine has since made him a household name for foodies around the world. Puck has published six cookbooks, appeared on countless cooking shows, and has opened dozens of restaurants (including his insanely influential Asian fusion restaurant Chinois on Main and high-end steakhouse CUT). In short, calling Puck a celebrity chef would be an understatement.

Instructions / Storage
- This package ships with ice packs
- Ice packs may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, place in the Mac and Cheese, and Pot Pies in the freezer
- May be kept frozen for up to 4 weeks
- Upon arrival place all Lava Cakes & Salad ingredients in the fridge
- May be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days
To Serve
Chinois Chicken Salad
- Combine cabbage mixture, chicken, and dressing in a bowl
- Top with Nut-Wonton Mix
- Enjoy with chopsticks!
Mac and Cheese
- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before cooking
- Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking
- Preheat oven to 250 F
- Remove Mac and Cheese from the outer pouch and remove the lid
- Place on rimmed baking sheet
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Remove from the oven with caution
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
- Enjoy!
Pot Pies
- Thaw pot pies overnight in the refrigerator before cooking – Keep Puff Pastry Frozen
- Remove pot pies from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking
- Remove Puff Pastry from the freezer 5 minutes before baking
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Unstack the puff pastry and brush outer 1 inch with an egg wash (not included: to make, beat 1 egg with 1 Tbsp of water)
- Place 1 sheet, egg wash side down, on top of each of the individual pot pies, crimping around the edges
- Brush the entire top with the egg wash
- Place on rimmed baking sheet
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until pastry is golden brown
- Remove from the oven with caution
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
- Enjoy!
Lava Cakes
- Remove from the refrigerator 45 minutes prior to baking
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Place tins with lids removed on a baking sheet on the middle rack
- Bake for 11 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes
- Turn out onto a plate and serve
