Instructions

To Store

  • Pies ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate during transit.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store pie in the freezer.
  • DO NOT THAW before baking.  

To Serve

Convection Oven
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 330°F. 
  • STEP 2: Remove plastic wrap and place *frozen* pie in the oven for 80-85 minutes (cook time may vary depending on oven, adjust time and temperature accordingly). 
  • STEP 3: Remove from oven and allow pie to cool.
  • STEP 4: Slice, serve, and enjoy! 
Conventional Oven
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 
  • STEP 2: Remove plastic wrap and place *frozen* pie in the oven for 90-105 minutes (cook time may vary depending on oven, adjust time and temperature accordingly). 
  • STEP 3: Remove from oven and allow pie to cool.
  • STEP 4: Slice, serve, and enjoy! 
*It’s important to bake the pie fully, or there may be undissolved sugar or sugar lumps at the bottom of the pie. It is normal for the pie to bubble.
