- Each mini bundt cake weighs 6.5 oz. and measures approx. 3″ × 2″
Ingredients
Rum Coconut – Rum Coconut (Sugar, Wheat Flour, Sour Cream, Whole Eggs, Unsalted Butter, Shortening, Egg Yolks, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Coconut Emulsion, Coconut Flakes, Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, Rum Flavor, Rum)
Instructions / Storage
- Cakes ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- DO NOT remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cakes in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cakes last up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- If frozen, remove the plastic from the cakes, return to the box and keep refrigerated overnight.
- Remove cakes from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature, approx. two hours.
- Using a large knife, run the knife blade under hot water.
- Dry the knife with a towel before cutting any new slice.
- Serve on a cooled plate and enjoy!
