FRESH MAINE LOBSTER PIE KIT

STORAGE:

  • Lobster products ship fresh with ice packs which may thaw partially or fully during transit
  • Upon arrival, place lobster meat in the refrigerator and puff pastry in the freezer. Lobster meat can be kept refrigerated for 4 days or frozen for one month. Puff pastry can be frozen for one month and should be kept frozen until needed. Pot pie filling can be frozen for one month and thawed in the refrigerator overnight

SERVING:

  • STEP 1 Place puff pastry lids on a greased tray and heat in a 400F preheated oven for 6-10 minutes until puffed and golden brown. 
  • STEP 2 Pot pie filling can be warmed by placing the sealed bag in simmering water for 8 minutes or by cutting open the bag and heating the filling in a pan over the stove. 
  • STEP 3 Heat until filling begins to boil and thicken. 
  • STEP 4 Pour filling into warmed ramekins and top with puff pastry. Enjoy!

LOBSTER WHITE TRUFFLE PIZZA

STORAGE:

  • Lobster products ship fresh with ice packs which may thaw partially or fully during transit
  • Upon arrival, place lobster meat In the refrigerator and pizza shells in the freezer. Lobster meat can be kept refrigerated for 4 days or frozen for one month. Pizza shell can be frozen for one month and should be kept frozen until needed. 

SERVING:

  • STEP 1 Place pizza on an oiled tray or pizza stone. 
  • STEP 2 Heat in a 425F preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown. 
  • STEP 3 While pizza is cooking, place lobster meat in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter on low to warm slightly. 
  • STEP 4 Take pizza out of oven and top with warmed lobster. Slice and serve!

LOBSTER LO MEIN

STORAGE:

  • Lobster products ship fresh with ice packs which may thaw partially or fully during transit
  • Upon arrival, place lobster meat & lo mein ingredients in the refrigerator. Lobster meat and lo mein items can be kept refrigerated for 4 days or frozen for one month.

SERVING:

  • STEP 1 Bring one quart pot of water to boil. 
  • STEP 2 Place vacuum sealed pork belly in pot of boiling water and let warm for five minutes. 
  • STEP 3 Put noodles and lobster meat in mixing bowl and add one tube of miso dressing, mix until well coated. An additional tube of miso dressing is included if you prefer a more well-dressed noodle dish. 
  • STEP 4 Divide noodles and lobster into two serving bowls and place two pieces of warm pork belly on either side. Enjoy!
