The Hummus & Pita Co. was founded in Brooklyn in 2011, and all menu items are made from scratch at each restaurant daily, using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The menu draws its inspiration from across the Mediterranean and beyond, with nods to Greece, Israel, Morocco and the Middle East.

This package serves 10 people and includes:

  • 10 Pitas, your choice
  • 2 Flavored Hummus, your choice (12 oz.)
  • 32 Turkish Meatballs
  • Gravy, your choice (12 oz.)
  • 2 Sauces, your choice (each 12 oz.)
  • Couscous (32 oz.)


Chick Peas, Tahini, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Cumin, Parsley

Instructions / Storage

  • This package ships frozen with ice packs
  • Ice packs may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge to defrost or freezer
  • May be kept refrigerated for 5 days, or frozen for up to 1 month

To Serve

Pita Pocket

  • Let defrost at room temperature
  • Preheat oven to 360 degrees
  • Bake pitas for 8-10 minutes, spray water every two minutes while heating


  • Let defrost in the refrigerator
  • Mix well and thoroughly for the best results before eating


  • Let defrost fully
  • Preheat oven at 380 degrees
  • Warm up for 10 minutes

Meatball Gravy

  • Let defrost fully
  • Warm broth in sauté pan for about 10 minutes
  • Pour broth or the sauce over the meatballs

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
