Raspberry Lemon Cake
Sweet Lady Jane’s raspberry lemon cake features yellow butter cake filled with two layers of homemade English lemon curd and a center filling of raspberry curd made with in season berries. Topped with a light green buttercream, the sides are fluted with pink raspberry buttercream and decorated with pink buttercream antique roses. Sweet Lady Jane’s trusted classic desserts are made completely from scratch—from every cracked egg to the piped antique roses on their signature cakes.

- Each 5" cake serves 2-6
- Each 8" cakes serves 8-12 people
Instructions / Storage
This product is shipped frozen on dry ice. Upon receipt, unwrap the cake while frozen and place it in the refrigerator to defrost for a minimum of 3-4 hours or overnight. Serving at room temperature is recommended although you may serve it cold for a more chilled ice cream quality.
