A love letter to the Croissant and the Doughnut, Supermoon was founded by award winning Australian pastry chef Ry Stephen, the founder of Mr Holmes Bakehouse and creator of the Cruffin. Everything is handmade, rolled, filled and finished in the Lower East Side. Croissants are made using Supermoon’s 3-day perfection process and feature nostalgic, classic and crazy flavors that change every month – made with love for their weirdoughs .
