Ingredients

Lobster Pot Pie: Potatoes, Lobster Stock (Water, Lobster, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Tomatoes, Garlic, Parsley, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Salt, Pepper), Carrots, All Purpose Flour, Butter, Sry Sherry, Heavy Cream, Celery, Lobster Meat, Shallots, Spanish Onion, Olive Oil, Garlic, Thyme, Green Peas, Chicken Stock (Water, Chicken, Onions, Celery, Tomatoes, Garlic, Parsley, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Salt, Pepper) Cayenne, Pepper, Salt, Black Pepper, Pastry Flour, Butter, Water, Shortening, Salt

Instructions / Storage

  • Lobster Pot Pies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, remove pot pies from packaging and place it immediately in freezer.
  • When ready to serve, defrost pies in the fridge for 12 hours before cooking.
  • We do not recommend storing this product at room temperature at any point
  • Do not store this product in the fridge until after cooking, then it can be stored in a fridge for 3 days.
  • Lobster Pot Pies can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months

To Serve

  • After pies have defrosted in the fridge for 12 hrs, preheat oven to 425.
  • Egg wash the pie crust (optional), place the pies in the oven on a baking sheet.
  • Cook for 40 minutes (or until crust is golden brown / the internal temperature at 165 degrees F)
  • Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes
  • Enjoy!
