Brats & Cheese Curds

To Store

  • Brats ship frozen with ice pack
  • Upon arrival freeze or refrigerate
  • Maybe be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 6 months
  • Brats are fully smoked and pre-cooked, they may arrive thawed, they are food safe and can be re-frozen

To Serve

Red Brats
  • STEP 1: May be cooked on a grill but we recommend grilling them butterfly style on a pan or flat top
  • STEP 2: Place grill cut side down
  • STEP 3: Grill 3-5 minutes until red color depend and begins to char on the edges
  • STEP 4: Flip only once!
  • STEP 5: Cook on flip side until brat starts to curl like a ā€œCā€ and bubble
  • STEP 6: Enjoy 
White Brats
  • STEP 1: May be cooked on a grill but we recommend grilling them on a pan or flat top
  • STEP 2: Grill 12-14 minutes or until heated through, turning often
  • STEP 3: Enjoy
Cheese Curds
  • STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400
  • STEP 2: Bake for 15 minutes or until hot
  • STEP 3: Enjoy
