Southside’s Pork Steaks have long been a local legend. They are so well-liked, there are other BBQ joints who offer them today strictly based on the popularity and reputation of Southside’s own top quality Pork Steaks. This passion for pork steaks is very specific to the Central Texas region. Cut from the Boston Butt, it is the same cut other places use for pulled pork. In Central Texas, we prefer steaks!
This package serves 4-8 people and includes 4 Pork Steaks (3 lbs. total)
- Each Steak is packaged individually and weighs 3/4 lbs.

Instructions / Storage
All meats are fully cooked and vacuum-sealed to preserve peak flavor and moisture. Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the meat and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
Upon arrival, place item in fridge if you plan to consume within 4 days. If you plan to consume it after, place in freezer and consume within 6 months.

- No deliveries Saturday, Sunday or Monday
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
