To Store

  • Box ships with ice packs
  • May thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival place in the freezer, may be kept frozen for up to 2 months

To Serve

Beef Empanadas and Chicken Empanadas

  • STEP 1: Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
  • STEP 2: Take out Frozen Empanadas from freezer
  • STEP 3: Place on a greased baking sheet with parchment paper
  • STEP 4: Scramble an egg and egg wash the top of the empanadas by brushing it evenly
  • STEP 5: Bake empanadas for 20-22 minutes or until lightly brown
  • STEP 6: Take it out and let sit for 5 minutes
  • STEP 7: Enjoy!
Spinach Empanadas

  • STEP 1: Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees
  • STEP 2: Take out Frozen Spinach Empanadas from freezer
  • STEP 3: Place on a greased baking sheet with parchment paper
  • STEP 4: Scramble an egg and egg wash the top of the empanadas by brushing it evenly
  • STEP 5: Bake empanadas for 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown
  • STEP 6: Take it out and let sit for 5 minutes
  • STEP 7: Enjoy!
Croquetas

  • STEP 1: Place vegetable oil in a pot and heat oil to 325 Degrees
  • STEP 2: Takeout croquetas from the freezer as you need it and let it sit for 5 minutes
  • STEP 3: Take any ice crystals off the croqueta by lightly rubbing the frozen croqueta
  • STEP 4: Cook croquetas for 1 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes
  • STEP 5: We recommend not frying more than 3-5 croquetas at a time
  • STEP 6: Cook croqueta until its a light golden brown. Do not overcook.
  • STEP 7: Take croqueta out of the pot with a strainer and let them strain out any oil by putting it on a griddle to release any oil.
  • STEP 8: Enjoy!
Guava Pastry

  • STEP 1: Preheat Oven to 350
  • STEP 2: Place parchment paper on a greased baking sheet
  • STEP 3: Spray paper with cooking spray
  • STEP 4: Place Frozen Guava Pastries on the tray
  • STEP 5: Scramble an egg and egg wash the top of the pastries by brushing evenly
  • STEP 6: Bake the Pastries for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown
  • STEP 7: Take it out and allow 2 minutes to cool then glaze the pastry
  • STEP 8: Enjoy!
