Instructions / Storage

  • This package ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • Upon arrival, remove product from packaging and place immediately in the fridge
  • Product will keep up to 2 hours at room temperature or 2 days in the fridge
  • Freezing is not recommended

To Serve

Shrimp Tacos

  • Pit and slice half of the avocado into thin strips.
  • In a small bowl, mix shredded green and pickled red cabbage.
  • Heat tortillas in their foil in a 350° oven/toaster oven for 5-10 min.
  • In a saute pan over medium heat, add ½ tablespoon oil, followed by shrimp.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and add to your heated pan.
  • Cook shrimp for 2 min a side. Stir in salsa macha and cook for another 1 min to warm sauce.
  • Place tortillas on a plate and spread a small amount of lime crema in the center. Add a small amount of cabbage mixture, three pieces of shrimp,
    a slice of avocado, and two radish slices.
  • Garnish with some cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
  • Squeeze some fresh lime over the top and enjoy!

Margarita Mix

  • Pop the beer bottle cap.
  • Combine 2 oz of your favorite tequila with 1/2 of the bottle of mix.
  • Shake and pour over ice.
  • Salted rim is optional.
  • Enjoy!

Kale Salad

  • In the bag of shredded kale, add quinoa, sweet potatoes, honey-apple vinaigrette, and a generous pinch of salt.
  • Seal the bag tightly and give a shake to mix all ingredients.
  • Spoon onto a plate and garnish with walnuts.
  • OPTIONAL: Pairs well with some apple or avocado slices on top if you have them on hand!
  • If it’s too much for today, make half the recipe. These ingredients will still be great tomorrow!

Mac and Cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put Mac and Cheese in an oven-safe casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake Mac and Cheese for 30 minutes then
  • Remove aluminum foil, sprinkle panko breadcrumb, and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with chives.
  • Enjoy!

New England Clam Chowder

  • Cut corner of the plastic bag, and pour soup into a small pot.
  • Heat soup over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated fully, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
