Rock Springs Cafe

A beloved Arizona landmark since 1918, Rock Springs Cafe is nestled at the base of the Bradshaw Mountains along I-17, just north of Phoenix. What began as a roadside trading post for travelers and miners has grown into a true Arizona rarity, one of the state’s oldest and most iconic restaurants. Rock Springs Cafe is famous for its roadside hospitality and for its pies made from recipes passed down through generations and perfected over decades. The fruit pies burst with real filling, the cream pies turn out impossibly silky, and the bourbon pecan has become the number one selling pie, year-after-year, for good reason…it’s delicious!
