Back in 2012, Luke Shimp and Tracy Bachul, along with their sons Michael and Peter, were sitting around their kitchen table when they had the idea to open a gourmet burger restaurant that elevated burgers to a whole ‘nother level. They opened Red Cow in South Minneapolis the following year, and it’s safe to say that they’ve succeeded with flying colors. The family now has six Twin Cities restaurants, and Red Cow’s burgers have won countless awards and accolades.

At Red Cow, they’re making their signature burgers with fresh Certified Angus beef, top-quality ingredients, fresh-baked buns, and housemade sauces.
