The next best thing to live oysters! Put a small-size (yearling) in a shot glass with a splash of our World-Famous cocktail sauce and a squeeze of lemon for an oyster shooter. Or toss the medium-size in breading or fish fry and cook them up.

Note: Due to seasonal oyster size differences, jars will contain different amounts of oysters, but the total weight will always be the same.
