At Manny’s, they’re serving USDA certified, 100% genetically verified, Black Angus beef from their own herds, raised by trusted ranchers and processed at facilities they’ve personally vetted. These steaks come from steers that have been sired by Manny’s very own bull, named American Made, and his siblings, who in turn were sired by the highest rated heifer in the history of the American Angus Association! It’s true “Bull-to-Table” beef, with a robust depth of flavor, unparalleled tenderness, and intense marbling.
