Each Extra, Extra Large Sweet Potato flavor latke is made with hand shredded potatoes that become crisp while keeping interior moist and delicious. This latke is a meal in itself, but we won’t tell if you go for seconds!
- This package includes 6 Extra Extra Large Sweet Potato Latkes
- Each Extra Extra Large Latke measures approx. 4" and weighs approx. 3 oz.
- Choose to add Apple Sauce, Hand Sliced Smoked Salmon, or Handmade Crème Fraiche!

Latkes are Kosher LA Certified Kosher
- Linda’s Latkes are fully cooked and flash frozen prior to shipping, may thaw fully or partially in transit.
- Upon arrival, store Latkes in the freezer for approximately 10 months.
To Serve
- STEP 1 Preheat oven to 450ºF.
- STEP 2 Place frozen Latkes on a baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes until sizzling. Microwave heating is not recommended.
- STEP 3 (Optional) For extra crispy Latkes, flip over after 12 minutes.
- STEP 4 Enjoy with Apple Sauce, or topped with Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche!
